Hutch Hutchings is an Executive Vice President at CSW Commercial in Austin, specializing in landlord and developer representation for projects across Central Texas. Prior to joining CSW, he served as a Senior Vice President at Edge Realty Partners, where his client roster included Pine Tree, Washington Prime Group, Kimco, and Brixmor. He has guided national tenants such as Another Broken Egg Café, CityVet, Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers, and The Joint through site selection and lease negotiations. Hutch has been named a CoStar Power Broker on both a quarterly and annual basis and a Heavy Hitter by the Austin Business Journal, earning recognition as the #1 leasing broker in 2023. Before entering commercial real estate, Hutch worked in communications with a focus on fundraising and marketing. He is a 2010 economics graduate of Sewanee: The University of the South and was named the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Man of the Year in 2013. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with his wonderful wife and marvelous daughter.
