Hutch Hutchings

Hutch Hutchings is a Vice President with Edge Realty Partners in Austin, specializing in landlord and developer representation with an emphasis on power, grocery, neighborhood, and specialty projects throughout the Central Texas area. Hutch has represented some of the largest national and regional landlords, including Washington Prime; Kimco; DLC; Brixmor; and InvenTrust. In addition to landlord representation, Hutch has assisted several national tenants with site selection and lease negotiation, including Another Broken Egg Cafe, Little Land Play Gym, Brooklyn Dumpling Shop, Jabz Boxing, and The Joint. Before joining Edge, Hutch worked in communications, focusing on fundraising and marketing. In 2013, he was “Man of the Year” for the Austin Leukemia and Lymphoma Society’s annual fundraising competition. He graduated from Sewanee: The University of the South with a degree in economics and a minor in political science in 2010. In his free time, Hutch and his wife enjoy trying new restaurants, attending sporting events, and spending time with their remarkable daughter Goldie.
