Hunter Stockard

Hunter Stockard is a Vice President with the Investment Sales team in Partners’ Houston office, specializing in industrial real estate and ground-up development projects throughout Texas. Hunter is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Texas and holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from The University of Alabama, where he specialized in Real Estate and Entrepreneurship. He previously worked at Capital Real Estate, focusing on the acquisition and disposition of industrial properties. Over the course of his career, Hunter has completed more than $250 million in sale transactions, totaling over 2.5 million sq.ft.. In 2025, he was recognized with the CREXI Platinum Award and named one of the Top 10 Producers at Partners for Q1. Hunter is a fifth-generation Houstonian and a dedicated lifelong member and active committee member of the Houston Rodeo. Outside the office, he enjoys hunting, fishing, golfing, and spending time with his wife and their two dogs.
