Hunter Rowe is an investment sales professional with 13 years of experience in selling institutional-quality office, industrial, and life sciences properties in San Diego county. Throughout his tenure, Hunter has been involved and transacted more than $4.0 billion worth of real estate for a variety of institutional, corporate, and private clients. Hunter’s creative, detailed, and analytical approach has helped to develop his extensive network of trusted clients and an in-depth understanding of the capital markets. Hunter and his San Diego partner are joined with CBRE’s Southern California Capital Markets team, working across CBRE’s platform to deliver integrated services where acquisition and disposition advisory, asset positioning, leasing strategy and financing become seamless. Hunter also collaborates closely with the Capital Markets Office West team. Collectively the team is comprised of 35 professionals and covers 10 major markets across the West (San Diego, Orange County, Los Angeles, San Francisco/Bay Area, Portland, Seattle, Phoenix, Denver, Salt Lake City, and Dallas). The multimarket collaboration and approach the team takes ensures clients have access to world-class data, deal flow, and market intelligence. Additionally, Hunter served as the Capital Markets Division Chairman for CBRE San Diego from 2018 through 2021. Prior to joining the CBRE's Capital Markets platform in 2011, Hunter began his career as a Research Analyst for CBRE.
