Hunter Greene began his career in commercial real estate in 1994. He has been involved in the commercial real estate industry for over 25 years and brings a wealth of experience and market knowledge to the SVN Investment team. Hunter specializes solely in investment/leasing transactions and represents both buyers and sellers in the New Mexico investment market. Hunter is considered an expert within the investment market and has a track record for providing superior results for his clients. As part of the SVN Investment Team, Hunter has access to a national platform of services and support that ensure his clients receive maximum value for their real estate investments. Hunter understands the importance of cultivating strong relationships with his clients and the business community. Hunter’s strong connections within the local and national community allow him to stay informed on emerging market conditions and ensure that every project his is working on receives maximum exposure. Prior to 2007, Hunter specialized in office/industrial sales and leasing. During that time Hunter facilitated the largest single portfolio transaction in the history of the Albuquerque office. Hunter also attended the University of New Mexico and graduated as the all-time leading scorer for the Lobo’s basketball team.
