Hunter Emerson

Hunter Emerson joined EIP in 2007 as a Principal and oversees all leasing carried out by the company, including negotiating lease agreements and facilitating client and tenant relations. Prior to joining EIP, Hunter was a Vice President at CB Richard Ellis, New England’s commercial brokerage group, where he participated in over 300 completed transactions totaling more than 6.7 million square feet in the Greater Boston real estate market. From 1988 to 1994, Hunter was a Leasing/Operations Officer for Cummings Properties Management, Inc., where he leased and managed over 3 million square feet of office, industrial and R&D space, and negotiated more than 250 lease transactions. He is a member of NAIOP. Hunter graduated from St. Lawrence University in Canton, New York, with a B.S. in Political Science.
