Mr. Conger joined C&H in 2007 as a specialist in leasing, acquisition & disposition of commercial and industrial properties. Since then, he has completed transactions valued at over $92 million and representing over 4 million square feet of commercial space. Hunter services the San Antonio area as well as the surrounding submarkets as far north as Schertz and Boerne. His enthusiasm for gaining market knowledge and fostering quality client relationships makes him a valuable asset to the Cavender & Hill team. Hunter was previously employed with Lee & Associates where he gained the necessary tools and work ethic to be successful in a large industrial market. Hunter received a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Christian University (2005) and is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson.
