Hunt Wyche joined our brokerage team with a previous proven track record of handling the leasing for a large warehouse/flex portfolio, investment sales and owner-occupant sales. With almost two decades of experience, his knowledge of the ever-changing real estate market and vast experience representing landlords and investors has helped him to understand both sides of the transaction. He has assisted hundreds of companies from small start-ups to Fortune 500s. This wealth of experience and understanding the intricacies of our market supply and demand, has also allowed him to branch into a consulting role for multiple developments in the region. While Hunt’s primary focus remains achieving the highest return for his investor clients, he also represents over 60 owners/landlords with over 300 tenants conducting business in the Raleigh Durham area in addition to successfully representing investors, landlords and tenants across the state and country.
