Hugh Collins

Hugh is a surveyor within our residential development team and works across a broad range of projects linked to the team’s areas of expertise. This includes advising both landowners and developers in commercial and residential development situations. Hugh has a range of transactional experience relating to the acquisition of development land and various forms of sale for development agreements. Hugh also carries out development appraisals of development schemes to advise on values; he also has experience in dealing with residential strategic land and providing advice to landowners. In addition to Hugh’s experience within residential development, he also has a specialism within the energy sector, advising both developers and landowners in relation to the acquisition and disposal of land for utility scale energy projects across a range of technologies.
