
Hudson Robison is the Designated Broker and founder of The Broker Reserve LLC. He began in residential real estate as a buyer specialist, learning contracts, timelines, and negotiation at the ground level. Within a couple of years he started syndicating multifamily properties and founded True American Capital, building GP-level underwriting discipline and a capital-markets lens. After underwriting hundreds of deals, the move into commercial was a natural progression—expand the toolbox, keep the standards. He never walked away from his early residential clients who helped him grow. Hudson maintained those relationships on a repeat-and-referral basis while adding commercial sales, leasing, and development advisory. Today, he works fluidly across single-family, multifamily, land, and commercial—pairing luxury-grade presentations with investor-level analysis (DSCR, NOI, cap rates) to structure offers around the real drivers: price, terms, timelines, and risk. Current work spans Arizona, Nevada, and California and includes advising on entitlements, creative/seller financing, and pre-sale strategy for master-planned, mixed-use, and select infill developments—alongside capital raising when the project calls for it. At the same time, he'd still make time for the occasional first-time homebuyer who wants a steady advocate and a clean close.
