Hudson Hall

Hudson Hall is a Managing Director in Savills' Austin office, specializing in tenant representation for office and industrial occupiers, as well as land and investment sales. Since joining Savills in 2020, he has advised a diverse range of office tenants, including professional service firms, tech companies, startups, and nonprofits. On the industrial side, he works with occupiers in manufacturing, distribution, environmental testing, and aerospace. In investment and land sales, Hudson began by sourcing sites for multifamily and single-family developers and now represents select clients in selling their projects. He also advises family offices, GC’s, industrial / warehouse developers, and institutional investors. With expertise in financial analysis, market research, and lease negotiations, he helps clients make strategic real estate decisions. A former Division I athlete, Hudson values clear communication and collaboration, bringing a high level of commitment and attention to detail that earns his clients’ trust. Born and raised in Austin, Hudson has an in-depth understanding of the city’s growth, market trends, and business landscape. His local expertise and strong network allow him to identify opportunities and navigate transactions strategically. Whether securing space, investing in land, or positioning assets for sale, Hudson’s firsthand knowledge gives his clients a competitive edge in Austin’s evolving real estate market. Awards, Achievements, Activities Hudson was a scholarship athlete and four-year letterman in football at the University of Kansas, where he was captain of his position group. He also earned Academic Honor Roll for two years and shadowed real estate professionals to learn about the field as much as academic and athletic commitments allowed. He coaches Pop Warner football teams and is involved with RE-envision, a network for young real estate professionals in Austin. He is also an alumnus of Austin’s Young Men’s Business League (YMBL).
