ABOUT

Howard attended college in San Francisco and graduated with a bachelor’s degree. Shortly after, he began working in the design field as part of a design team before going into real estate. His first experience was as a loan officer for a small mortgage company, then a couple of larger mortgage lenders, before leaving during the mortgage meltdown. From there, he earned his license in life, property, and casualty insurance. Later, he worked as an account executive for a record management company before making his way back into the real estate industry again as a loan officer, working for a couple of national banks before deciding to branch out as a real estate agent. Throughout his years of training as a loan officer, with a firm understanding of the financial side of the real estate business, Howard understands what is required to get a loan processed in a timely manner and knows how to make a deal work. Growing up in a restaurant environment as a youngster, he worked in the kitchen and as a waiter/busboy. During this time, he developed a strong belief in providing only exceptional customer service. With all the different combined elements, he truly is a unique person who can bring a high level of service and skill to his clients. As a firm believer in customers first, he enjoys working with people and assisting them with their real estate needs and investment goals. A consummate go-getter, Howard will do everything possible to ensure his clients are happy and satisfied.
