Howard Cohen

Howard Cohen is the founder of Howco Management Company LLC and is responsible for all facets of property management. He has been a property manager for over 28 years. He is a licensed real estate broker associate in New Jersey and serves on the Executive Board of numerous non-profit organizations in the greater Mercer County area. Mr. Cohen is a graduate of The Pennington School and the University of Hartford with a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in marketing, management and accounting. He and his wife reside in Lawrenceville with their family.
