Howard Bregman

Howard Bregman, a native of Canada, made a permanent residence in South Florida in 1994. Joining Marcus & Millichap in 2011, Mr. Bregman specializes in retail and mixed use properties throughout the Southeastern United States. He has a lifelong background in the retail market, as a family business owner, with over 1,000 locations across North America, and a 20+ year history in real estate as both an investor and consultant. Mr. Bregman has executed more than 300 real estate transactions, exceeding $1.5 Billion dollars, since 2006.
