Howard Aufleger

Howard has been in the real estate business for over 40 years and has been a principle with CStar Management, LLC for 30 of those years. Howard attended Oklahoma State University where he was a member of the varsity wrestling team. Mr. Aufleger began his career in the construction business designing and building homes in 1980. After obtaining his series 11 license in the mid 80’s, Howard began working with investors to analyze real estate investment needs. Howard was past President and on the Board of Directors for Hospitality Services of America, a company focused on the development and management of Hotels and Multifamily communities utilizing mainly tax-exempt bonds and investor capital for financing. The formation of CStar has enabled Mr. Aufleger to provide great property management services for thousands of rental units for these individual investors and financial institutions alike. Mr. Aufleger is a Real Estate Broker, the past president of the Stillwater Apartment Association, Treasurer for the Stillwater Industrial Foundation and on the Board of Directors for Fellowship of Christian Athletes in Oklahoma.
