Houston Peterson

Houston works alongside our Calgary Industrial team managing the development, leasing and sale activities of ONE’s industrial projects in the region. Houston brings over two years of commercial real estate experience, working with landlords, tenants, purchasers and developers during his employment with a local brokerage firm. Houston also spent over five years in the banking industry and has been highly involved in real estate and financial transactions throughout his career. Houston has a Diploma in Marketing from Southern Alberta Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Business Management Degree from Athabasca University. He holds a Real Estate Associate License through the Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA) and a Mutual Fund License through the Investment Funds Institute of Canada (IFIC). Houston is a huge hockey fan and enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife, two young children and their dog.
