Hope Fick

I grew up in Warren County, Missouri and am a county girl at heart.  I have been involved in real estate for my entire life, first building and remodeling homes, working for an inspection company, turning a hotel into efficiency apartments, and organizing every step on many full home remodels. I successfully close about 100 transactions every year when wearing my REALTOR hat!  I was honored to be recognized as the 2024 salesperson of the year, a testament to the trust my clients have.  I opened my independent brokerage Sage Property Group in the spring of 2026. Guidance you can build on is my mission! My first project as a newlywed was to buy a house and completely remodel it. Seven years later my husband and I did it all again, this time on a mini-farm with 4 kids and many critters. My in-depth experience in many fields has equipped me with unique knowledge that I'd love to share!  Above all, real estate is very personal.
