Homa Daniels

Homa Daniels began her career in Real Estate in 1981 and has acted as Real Estate Investment Consultant and Broker, Land Developer and a builder of new luxury residential units. During her career of more than 26 years, Homa has sold a variety of income producing properties, including raw land, retail, office, industrial, portfolios of multi-family and single family properties, and high-end single family homes working with both National and International clients Homa has owned and managed income producing properties on her own account and during the last 5 years Homa started land Development and home construction in 2003, for her own account in Atlanta, GA, Homa has also purchased and rezoned parcels of land for future development. Homa formed Daniel & Daniels, Inc, as Investment consulting, Real Estate Brokerage in 1981 and opened branches in Texas, Florida and Georgia. Homa is the founder and owner of Willow Royal, LLC, a Land Development and Luxury Residential Construction Company in North Atlanta, Georgia. Homa´s education includes both a Bachelor Degree in Accounting and international Marketing from the University of Iowa, and a Master in Business Administration from the University of Dallas with double degree in Financial Management and International Marketing. Homa is fluent in three different languages and is also a graduate of CCIM Institute (Certified Commercial Investment Management). Homa has a successful career, owning her own firm, Daniel & Daniels, Inc. in Dallas, Texas, Boca Raton, Florida and Atlanta, Georgia, from 1981 to present. Homa was also the Top Producer for Re-Max Commercial in both Florida and Georgia and Marcus & Millichap in Atlanta. Homa was invited to join Keller Williams as a Managing Director to assist the launching of KW Commercial in Atlanta Metro area. Client services and accessing hard to find national and international clients are her strengths. She has closed with clients from the local entrepreneur to transactions with major principals of several different nationalities.
