Along with site selection and third party brokerage, Holton is also be responsible for marketing as well as research and development. Holton holds the esteemed CCIM designation. This elite credential, Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), is recognized worldwide as the gold standard in commercial real estate expertise.
