Holly Rome

Holly’s passion is retail real estate strategy, merchandising, and deal-making. In her current role, Holly is responsible for the development and execution of the leasing vision for her portfolio of centers. She works closely with clients and JLL’s team to develop results driven leasing strategies that coincide with clients' investment goals. Holly focuses on maximizing clients' asset values and occupancy by leveraging JLL’s platform and her relationships with national, regional and local retailers to achieve the ideal tenant mix for each center. Her extensive leasing experience spans across multiple regional shopping centers, lifestyle centers, outlets, ground-up and mixed-use developments across the U.S. and Canada.
