Holly Jones

As the Director of Retail Services for Cushman & Wakefield/ The Lund Company, Holly is responsible for retail consulting services along with sales and leasing. She primarily specializes in Tenant and Landlord representation within the retail market. She establishes sale prices and lease rates, sale and leasing strategies, marketing plans and tenant occupancy coordination. Holly has been involved in transactions valued over $228.1 million consisting of nearly 3,200,000 SF. In addition, Holly oversees the Company’s retail team. Holly joined the Company in 2008 as the Commercial Property Manager and Marketing Director for Regency Court Mall; where she was responsible for leasing and all property related operations including advertising and tenant relations for multiple national retailers. In 2011, Holly was promoted to Director of Retail Services for Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company’s brokerage division. Holly continues to manage that department and mentor incoming Brokers. Holly is a licensed real estate salesperson in Nebraska and Iowa. She has been a member of the Omaha Chamber of Commerce since 2001, also serving on the Chamber’s TAG Retail Board. She is an active member of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women’s Group), ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers), as well as CoStar’s Retail Advisory Board. Holly has been CoStar’s Retail Power Broker in Omaha in 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023. Holly has also been in the Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Companies Producers Club for the last seven years.
