Hillary Hetherington

Hillary joined the Crestpoint team in 2022 as an Analyst on the Asset Management team, where she is responsible for supporting the management of a portfolio of industrial, office, retail and multi-family assets totaling 6.9 million square feet in size. Prior to joining Crestpoint, Hillary began her career at Allied Properties REIT in 2019, participating on both their Asset Management and Acquisitions teams. Hillary assisted with the management of a portfolio of office properties located in Montreal and Toronto totaling 6.8 million square feet, and led the due diligence process on transactions totaling $1.5 billion in value. Hillary holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with Distinction from the University of Guelph.
