Hi Lewis, SIOR, is a First Vice President at Charles Hawkins Co., where he has specialized in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of industrial properties since joining the firm in 2006. He began his career as a football coach at Franklin Road Academy and previously helped develop and run Backfield In-Motion, a Nashville nonprofit serving inner-city youth. A former quarterback at Vanderbilt University, he holds both a Bachelor of Science in Human and Organizational Development (1999) and a graduate degree from Vanderbilt (2001), and earned his SIOR designation in 2015. His professional affiliations include the Middle & East Tennessee SIOR Chapter, where he has served in leadership roles, and he continues to represent owners and investors across the Middle Tennessee industrial market.
