Hershal Pleasant

Before entering Commercial Real Estate, Hershal was a high school teacher passionate about personally engaging with students so they would understand the material and be excited about gaining knowledge. It was a challenge for Hershal to get students excited about learning those subject matters. However, after making the switch to Commercial Real Estate in 2011, Hershal found it much easier to find people and customers who were eager to learn and understand this subject matter. He truly enjoyed walking people through the commercial leasing and/or purchasing and commercial investing basics. First-time commercial clients with many questions and concerns were perfect for him.
