Hernan Santos is a senior vice president with Kidder Mathews and has over thirty years experience in real estate. During that time, he has successfully provided real estate strategies and solutions for publicly traded companies, the US government, start-up companies and high net worth individuals. His work has taken him all over the United States, Europe and Asia. Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Mr. Santos was a senior director at Cushman and Wakefield and a senior vice president at CBRE. In 2004 and 2014 he was recognized by the San Francisco Business Times for the negotiating the biggest lease in San Francisco and negotiating the sale (representing the seller) of the highest priced per square foot building in the Bay Area.
