Herb Sudfeld

Herb joined Green Street in February, 2018 in the Office Division. Herb brings 40 years of experience in the commercial real estate, land use and land development arena. He received his bachelor’s degree from Villanova University and his J.D. Degree from New York Law School. Herb has a wealth of knowledge in the sale and purchase of restaurants and liquor licenses as well. Although Herb no longer practices law (having received his real estate license in 2018) his knowledge of commercial real estate transactions will be a benefit to Green Street’s customers going forward.
