Herb Lubansky started as a member of the Daytona Beach Area Association of REALTORS in 1972. Started selling residential property for several years, and then started into commercial sales. He has worked on finding land for developers and helped with 4 residential subdivisions in Volusia County, Florida. He has been presented with the Realtor Associate of the Year in 1975. Became interested in more commercial sales and leasing. “I am still making things happen in the Daytona Beach Area, FL” He became a REALTOR Emeritus in 2012 in Business Brokerage & commercial leasing. Herb started his own business about 35 years ago and enjoys helping people with their real estate business needs & wants.
