Henry Allman

Henry Allman serves as Vice President at Colliers within its Tri-State Manhattan office, where he focuses on office leasing and new business development, advising occupiers and owners throughout the New York City market. With nearly seven years of experience in commercial real estate, Allman has executed some of the city’s most notable office leasing transactions. Prior to joining Colliers, he was part of Related Companies’ leasing team, where he managed transactions across more than 5 million square feet of Class A office space within the firm’s 10 million square foot portfolio. His deal roster includes landmark transactions with Meta (1.2 million SF), Wells Fargo (432,000 SF), KKR (220,000 SF), Google (297,000 SF), Truist Bank (128,000 SF), Clear (119,000 SF), PDT Partners (110,000 SF), and ServiceNow (99,000 SF), among others. Allman’s expertise spans the full leasing lifecycle, including site selection, lease negotiations, portfolio strategy, and end-to-end transaction management for clients across diverse industries such as financial services, technology, legal, fashion, healthcare, and professional services. He also played a key role in launching Lifestyle Office by Related, a cross-market initiative developed in partnership with senior leadership across ten markets. Recognized as a 2021 honoree on the Commercial Observer’s 30 Under 30 list of top leasing and sales professionals, Allman was the youngest intern in Related Companies’ history and the first undergraduate student hired full-time by the firm since its CEO.
