Helena Pryce

Specialising in leasing and development advice across central London, Helena has worked in the commercial property market for almost five years. Before joining RX London, she spent a year at LaSalle Investment Management followed by four years at JLL. During her time at JLL, Helena provided advice to a range of Landlord clients in the City, City Fringe and Canary Wharf markets including Alduwaliya, Blackrock, DWS, Great Portland Estates, Invesco and LaSalle Investment Management. Recent schemes she has been involved with include 60 London Wall for LaSalle Investment Management, Riverside House for Alduwaliya and City Tower, City Place House and 50 Finsbury Square for GPE. Helena has also had experience providing advice on occupier mandates for clients including Aberdeen Standard Investments, Chubb, Digital Realty, ION Trading and White & Case. Outside of work, Helena enjoys travelling and being outdoors, and is currently balancing working through her restaurant list with training for the London Marathon. She has recently taken up golf and is also doing a wine course.
