Heinrich Cronje

As Managing Director, Heinrich advises healthcare organizations, institutional owners, and investors on complex real estate decisions across major U.S. healthcare markets. He leads tenant representation, leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and portfolio strategy, with a focus on creating measurable value through thoughtful real estate and transaction strategy. His approach is grounded in experience on both sides of the transaction, combining an institutional understanding of ownership and asset performance with deep expertise in healthcare occupier needs. He works closely with physicians, healthcare executives, investors, developers, and ownership groups to navigate complex transactions and identify opportunities that support long-term growth and value creation. Heinrich holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Texas A&M University and an MBA from the University of St. Thomas. Committed to community service, Heinrich is an active member of Second Baptist Church, where he volunteers his time and skills to support various initiatives.
