Heather Winters is the Corporate Secretary, BOD, HR Director, Risk Manager, EEO Officer, and Fun Planner for Gibbs & Register. Wearing many hats is something Heather has become quite fond of! Managing the hiring process, as well as the companies various insurance programs has provided Heather with a unique perspective of our business. Since 1991, she has had the opportunity to work with and learn from some of the best in their fields. Starting out as the Runner and working her way up through multiple administrative, estimating, and assistant project management roles has provided excellent working knowledge of our office and field operations.
