Heather McMillin

Heather served as Senior Vice President, leading the Retail & Investment Sales team for NAI Burns Scalo across 13 counties on Florida’s West Coast. Before joining NAI Burns Scalo, she served as Managing Director at ACRE Commercial and as Senior Director of Retail at Franklin Street, specializing in Landlord Representation throughout Florida. With 23 years of industry experience, Heather has leased grocery-anchored strip centers, lifestyle centers, ground-up developments, single-tenant properties, and enclosed shopping malls for major REITs including Brixmor Property Group and Westfield. Originally from Kansas City, Missouri, she has lived in Florida for the past 25 years and has overseen territories across the Midwest and East Coast. A passionate volunteer, Heather has participated in international outreach missions and continues to support her local community through organizations such as Feeding Tampa Bay, Meals on Wheels, and Metropolitan Ministries. She is a licensed real estate salesperson in Florida, an active ICSC member, a CoStar Power Broker award winner, a 2025 BRED Award nominee, and a proud volleyball mom to her middle-school-aged daughter.
