Heather McMillin

Heather McMillin is Senior Vice President of Retail Leasing at RPM Realty Management, LLC, bringing 23 years of commercial real estate experience. She partners with property owners to lease vacancies, strengthen tenant retention, and maximize asset value across Florida’s West Coast. Heather previously served as Senior Vice President leading the Retail and Investment Sales team at NAI Burns Scalo across 13 counties. She also held leadership roles as Managing Director at ACRE Commercial and Senior Director of Retail at Franklin Street, specializing in landlord representation throughout Florida. Over the course of her career, she has leased grocery anchored strip centers, lifestyle centers, ground up developments, single tenant properties, and enclosed malls for major REITs including Brixmor Property Group and Westfield. Originally from Kansas City, Missouri, Heather has lived in Florida for 25 years and has overseen territories across the Midwest and East Coast. She is a licensed Florida real estate salesperson, an active ICSC member, a CoStar Power Broker award winner, a 2025 BRED Award nominee, and a proud volleyball mom. Passionate about giving back, she supports Feeding Tampa Bay, Meals on Wheels, and Metropolitan Ministries and has participated in international outreach missions.
