Real Estate is Heather’s second career, and she loves it! After spending 20 years in banking and moving around Iowa, it is very humbling and extremely gratifying for her to be able to help families and individuals achieve their real estate dreams and goals. Now that she has settled in her hometown of Independence, Heather has focused her business on assisting families in the Buchanan County area. Having been in both a buyer's and seller's position on a personal level, she knows what both the buyer and the seller expect. She is both a listing and buyer’s agent, and her business is based on referrals and introductions rather than just traditional marketing, allowing her to stay focused on her clients and not have to wonder where the next lead will come from. Heather’s intent is to create a real estate experience that leaves her clients outrageously happy with the end result, regardless of whether they are buying their first home or selling their last home. By doing this, her clients happily introduce her to their family, friends, and neighbors because they know she will give those they care about the best possible service and care. The real estate market is ever-changing, and she can help guide clients through the emotional and complex process.
