Heath Donica

Heath Donica serves as a Senior Vice President for the firm’s industrial division in Houston. His primary responsibilities include analyzing trends in Houston’s industrial market through building relationships and market research, project leasing, and providing clients with full-service tenant representation. These clients are provided cost-reducing strategies through brokerage and consulting services, including market expertise, strategic planning, negotiations, and transaction management. Prior to joining Stream, Heath was a professional baseball player in the Oakland Athletics organization. He was selected in the 2017 MLB Draft following a career at Sam Houston State. While at Sam Houston State, Heath earned All-American honors.
