Hays was born and raised in the Upstate of South Carolina. He is a graduate of the University of South Carolina Upstate where he majored in Education. He currently resides in Inman, South Carolina. Hays grew up working in the construction industry where he developed a passion for Real Estate. After his own purchase of a home and a complete remodel, he learned the impact of buying and selling a home.
