A Sacramento native, Hayden brings a balanced perspective in representing both tenants and landlords, utilizing his experience with both owner-user transactions and investment sales to articulate multiple approaches to value for his clients. He brings a relentless attitude when serving his clients to ultimately provide world-class advisory services, while also valuing integrity throughout the entire process of the transaction. Outside of work, Hayden enjoys pickleball, spending time with family and friends, and volunteering at his Church and various community organizations he is a part of.
