Hayden McCarty
Hayden McCarty’s focus is on assisting companies and healthcare providers with their office space and facility needs.
In his role as a Brokerage Advisor, Hayden assists clients negotiate and strategize leases, renewals, acquisitions and sales. Prior to becoming a commercial broker, Hayden served as ECR’s Market Research Analyst where he supported the brokerage team by monitoring the market, creating and distributing market information and providing in-depth analysis. Before ECR, Hayden worked for two commercial real estate companies; a general contractor charged with the oversight and coordination of medical office finish-out and the other a local, reputable developer responsible for the lease-up and eventual renovation of the old AMD campus in Austin, Texas. Hayden is a native Austinite and enjoys live music, golf, traveling and spending time with his dog, Benelli.
