Hayden McCarty

Hayden McCarty is a Senior Associate at Long View Equity, where he leads leasing and disposition strategies for the firm’s real estate investments. With a strong focus on maximizing asset value and tenant satisfaction, Hayden plays a key role in shaping the firm’s portfolio performance. Prior to joining Long View, Hayden spent over eight years as a real estate broker, where he successfully closed more than $250 million in transactions across a diverse range of product types, including office, industrial, and retail. His ability to navigate complex deals and build long-term client relationships earned him recognition as a top producer at ECR. Hayden holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Hankamer School of Business at Baylor University (2016), where he developed a strong foundation in finance and real estate.
