Hayden Hirschfeld is a commercial real estate broker and team member with Dorit Makovsky Fischer focused on mixed use urban infill in central Denver and its urban neighborhoods. Whether working with a proprietor of a newly minted retail establishment or taking part in the visioning for the redevelopment of a neighborhood, Hayden’s passion is those small and large moves that further deepen the richness and diverse opportunities for anyone who calls Denver home. He brings a multidisciplinary approach to a brokerage practice that crosses asset class and provides a single point of contact to his clients. His passion for the business of commercial real estate drives from taking the time to listen to his clients’ wants/needs/vision and from there, crafting solutions that accomplish their goals. In Hayden’s business, nothing is ever done in a vacuum but rather enriched by its connectedness. Constantly seeking new ideas and ways to effectively conduct business, Hayden employs his background in storytelling and architecture to communicate, describe and create opportunity for his clients in fresh and effective ways. Through his use of technology such as geographic information systems (GIS) the most complex requirements can be addressed in an efficient way and the needle in the haystack parsed out. Hayden’s background in land use, entitlements and real estate development give him a well-rounded perspective and set of tools to view subjects from a client’s perspective. Above all, when the goal is identified, Hayden prides himself on his ability to execute and get the job complete. Hayden is a Denver native as well as a 5th generation Coloradan. Hayden is married and is a proud father of two children.
