Hayden joined the Colliers Industrial Services team in 2025. He focuses on occupier services throughout the Greater Houston market. Hayden assists his clients with optimal site selection, complex lease negotiations, and portfolio management—helping business owners make real estate decisions that align with their long-term business goals. He brings a strong analytical background from his prior experience in real estate development, acquisitions, and investment management, where he worked on institutional-scale transactions nationwide. His principal and advisory experience enables him to add value at every stage of a transaction. With a foundation in finance and accounting as a licensed CPA, Hayden approaches brokerage with an analytical, investment-minded approach. In his free time, he enjoys running, watching LSU sports, and going to Astros games.
