Harvey Holloway

Harvey is the second generation owner of Valley Realty, started by his father in the late 1950's. He began his real estate career in 1977 taking the reins at Valley Realty in 1994. In 2006, he joined the Coldwell Banker Commercial Franchise retaining independent ownership of the present day firm, Coldwell Banker Commercial Valley Realty. Harvey, a well-respected commercial real estate industry veteran, has been active in the sale and leasing of Antelope Valley land, industrial, office, retail and multi-family properties including the analysis and brokerage of investment properties and utilization of IRS 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges, for more than 40 years. A native to the Antelope Valley, Harvey has been active in various community business organizations and also serves as a member of the Los Angeles County Airport Commission, a 10 member commission that overseas the operations of LA County's general aviation airports. A private pilot since 1981, Harvey was appointed by Los Angeles County Supervisor Michael Antonovich in 2009.
