Hartwell has 30 years’ experience in commercial real estate. Serving his clients primarily as a property manager and asset manager Hartwell has worked on many office, retail and industrial projects in throughout the Southeast. Hartwell has helped a wide variety of owners maximize the return on their investment. Clients include individuals, partnerships and institutional investors. Hartwell majored in advertising at the University of Alabama. He holds a broker license in Alabama and North Carolina.
