Harry also advises an array of retained occupier clients on both acquisition and disposals. Having a holistic approach to the retail market allows him to have a balanced understanding of requirements for both landlords and occupiers. Originally from Cheshire, Harry joined FMX Urban Property Advisers in February 2023. After graduating from the University of the West of England in 2021, Harry moved to London and joined the Lease Advisory team at Stephen Kane & Company, where he dealt with lease renewals, rent reviews and acquisitions for national retailers.
