Harry Kennerk serves as a Senior Advisor for Sperry Van Ness, specializing in the sale of income producing properties and 1031 exchanges in Indiana. With over 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, he has secured over 250 transactions with a volume of over $600 million. Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness, Kennerk served as CEO of Sycamore Capital Group. Kennerk has managed and developed real estate projects consisting of mixed-use developments, apartment communities, shopping centers, and industrial projects as well as leasing and property management programs. Kennerk received his Bachelor degree in History from Bellarmine College and is a member and past president of the Society of Exchange Counselors and is past president and founder of the Indiana Real Estate Exchangers (IREX).
