Harrison brings an advanced knowledge of the transaction process, acquisition and disposition services, data and financial modeling, and in-depth market intelligence. Throughout the industry, Harrison is recognized for his strong character and leadership skills. Day-to-day, he strives to provide wholistic best-in-class, tenant-focused services to clients and prospects throughout North Texas and beyond. Prior to Cresa, Harrison served most recently as a Senior Associate for Mohr Partners, a Leasing Associate at Property Advisers Realty, Inc., and a Broker at Jim Lake Companies. His industry experience includes investment sales, landlord representation for office, industrial, and retail sectors, property management, and full-service tenant representation. Harrison’s industrial experience includes representing various manufacturing and distribution clients throughout North Texas. He has been involved in numerous requirements, equating to over 1 million square feet of space transacted.
