Through his experience, Harrison aligns his clients’ needs with a strategic approach and unparalleled market knowledge that allows them to maximize the value of their real estate portfolio. He has served as a single point of contact to a variety of institutional owners including private and public REITs, pension funds, insurance companies and developers. In addition to his experience on the agency side, Harrison focuses on site selection, identifying development opportunities for both owners and users as they look to expand their footprint in the Atlanta MSA. His experience in all phases of the building cycle provides his clients with a unique perspective and helps them to identify opportunities regardless of the market conditions.
