Harrison LeFrak

Harrison LeFrak serves as Vice Chairman of the LeFrak Organization, a privately owned firm engaged in the ownership, management, and development of real property, oil and gas exploration, and securities investments. In this capacity, his responsibilities emphasize legal structuring, financial strategy, and oversight of the firm's diversified portfolio spanning residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, and investment assets. Since 1997, Mr. LeFrak has been a principal of LeFrak. He also serves as President and CEO of the LeFrak Trust Company, a private financial institution in Delaware, and as an adviser to the LeFrak Foundation, a private charitable organization also based in Delaware.
