Harrison Kane joins Colliers Houston as a Senior Vice President. He represents his clients on both the acquisition and sale sides of transactions. He focuses on land tracts (urban or suburban) for single family, multifamily, retail and industrial development. He oversees all aspects of the transaction process for his clients. Harrison works with and represents landowners throughout the greater Houston area and helps them create a competitive bidding situation in order to maximize the value and shorten the timeline of each transaction. He also works on investment sales in the transitioning submarkets of Houston where there is great redevelopment potential. Harrison is a sixth-generation Houstonian who graduated from Episcopal High School. He then went on to the University of Georgia where he graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing. Harrison holds his Real Estate Broker’s License in the State of Texas. Prior to Colliers, he worked for McAlister Real Estate and Rockspring Properties focusing on land transactions.
