Harrison has an exceptional skillset and over a decade of industry experience that he has applied to lease transactions ranging from 1,500 to 100,000 square feet. Harrison has built an extraordinary reputation for leading complex real estate transactions for a diverse portfolio of clients. His expertise includes headquarters relocations, expansions, renewals, dispositions, portfolio accounts, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Savills, Harrison was Vice President at JLL, where he was a top performer in office tenant representation. He has represented Pei Wei in securing a 10,693-square-foot office space in Irving for their headquarters and most recently assisted Lightbeam Health Solutions expand their footprint to a 33,000-square-foot office space minutes from Dallas-Fort Worth airport. He also previously worked as an associate broker at Jackson Cooksey prior to being acquired by Newmark in 2018.
