Harris Levin

Harris Levin serves on the Acquisitions & Development team, driving business development, project execution, asset management and business operations. Harris brings over eight years of real estate investment management experience to the firm, most recently leading Acquisitions and Asset Management for the West Coast Region at Gemini Rosemont. He managed Gemini’s $700+ million portfolio consisting of nine buildings across four investments totaling 1.1 million square feet. His experience includes sourcing, underwriting and presenting prospective investments throughout the Bay Area and Pacific Northwest, including managing $700+ million. He is also adept in leasing strategy and negotiations, loan draws, annual budgeting and investor reporting. Harris earned a double major in Economics and Mathematics from Pomona College in Claremont, California. He is a part of the National Association for Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP) San Francisco and Silicon Valley Chapters. When he’s not at work, Harris enjoys spending time playing soccer, snowboarding, running, traveling, craft cocktails and fine dining.
