Harlan Davis

Harlan Davis is a senior member on one of the most active office tenant representation teams in Dallas. As Executive Vice President, Mr. Davis and his team have executed over 10 million square feet of tenant representation transactions in Dallas-Fort Worth, including some of the most high profile tenants in the metroplex. Throughout his career, he has specialized in representing tenants’ interests in office leasing, transaction management and strategic planning, as well as acquisitions and dispositions. In the early stages of Mr. Davis’ career, he helped develop a proprietary market technology tool called the DASHBOARD, which tracks market fundamentals and assists clients in their office building selection. This tool has been recognized by many local publications and was the winner of CBRE’s National Innovation Award. His indepth knowledge of the market has helped Mr. Davis strategically identify and serve the occupancy needs of a diverse and robust span of clients, including law firms, consulting firms, transportation firms and financial service firms.
